Students thankful for the good things in their lives
Gratitude expressed

“The first thing I am grateful for is the amazing family that I have. With the things my family does for me the words ‘Thank you’ will never be enough to show how much I love them and how grateful I am for them. They are the reason I have a roof over my head and have the things I do. I don’t think I could ever repay them for everything they have done. I love my family more than anything and I feel special to have them in my life.

“The second thing I am grateful for is Ethan. Yes he may not go here but he has pushed me and helped me in so many ways. He makes me the happiest I have ever been. I have never been so grateful for someone that I just met. We have been hanging out for three weeks and it feels like I have been with him forever. Anything I need he does for me, if I’m upset he does everything in his power to make sure I am okay. Again the words ‘Thank you’ will never be enough. I love him and my family so much and I am very grateful to have them in my life.”   – Maddie Foster

“What does it mean to be grateful? Sometimes people forget that to be grateful is to live life with acknowledgment of the things that you like and love to do. The things that I am thankful for are all the people in my life who care and respect me as a human and don’t look down on me when I need someone and people who don’t leave when things get tough in life. I am grateful for art and music because without them I would be extremely bored because they take up much of my life and I don’t know what my life would be without them.”     – Anna Bernarde

I’m grateful for my brothers with out them I don’t know what I would have going forward. I am also thankful for my father, even though he can be too much sometimes he is one of the role models that I take after.         – Logan Derezinski

“I am very grateful for my family and my friends. I rely a lot on my friends and family for my comfort and support and I would not be where I am today without them. My family has always been a huge support system for me and pushed me to be my best.” – Ilyana Grawvunder

“I am thankful for my family and friends. I love my family with my whole heart. They are the reason I’m where I am today. My friends keep me going through the day and I would do anything for them.” – Marianne Jensen
