Seniors Payton Jastromski, Jacob Derezinski, Haley Peskie, and Sara Breed recently represented Amherst High School at the Wisconsin Economics Quiz Bowl. They were the first students from Amherst to represent the school at this prestigious academic knowledge contest.

“We had a great time and learned a lot. I am hoping this will be the first of many teams to compete at state. I am very proud of these students for paving the way for future teams,” said educator Jason Pickering, the team’s coach.
