With Spring Break approaching, a couple of sophomore students have decided to share the inside scoop on their spring break plans.

Carlee Patoka is planning to go to Florida with one of her best friends, Gracey Prescher.

“We are going to be tanning on the beach while the sun beams down on me, unlike here in Wisconsin,” Carlee said. Her ultimate spring break would be to take a group trip with all of her friends and go to Greece, as she says she’s always wanted to go there.

Kaylee McDonald also says she would like to go somewhere warm with all of her friends. But until then, Kaylee and her father are going to a luxurious all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana. She is most excited about “getting tan and not being a pasty ghost anymore, like Addison.”

On the sporty side of things, the softball team is going to Florida for spring training, so softball players Sascha Gollen and Ivy Boelk are making plans on how to make the most of their time in the Sunshine State. Ivy is having withdrawals living so far from the ocean, so her top priority is going to the ocean. On the other hand, Sascha would like to spend all her money at the many gift shops found at Disney World.

In contrast to everyone going out of state, Hollie Singer has plans to go to a concert in Madison. But like the other sophomores in this article, Hollie would like to go on a trip with all her friends, to her dream destination of Hawaii.
