This boy is guilty, Guilty, GUILTY! There ain’t nothing in this world that could convince me otherwise. Juror 8 may think he’s a real smart man, but he doesn’t have the brains to make a good argument even if he tried! “It’s possible,” this! “It’s possible,” that! “I’m saying it’s possible that the boy lost the knife, and that someone else stabbed his father with a similar knife” (Rose 23). What a load of garbage.

I mean, who does he think he is? Jesus Christ? This man can’t even turn water to wine, let alone give a single solid piece of evidence against the guilt of this kid! The boy’s a liar through and through, and I know it. Number 8 told me he doesn’t think so but lemme tell you, I told him right to his face that that boy lied. Betcha that got his underwear in a twist. Serves him right. 

Anyways, guess I should pull out the real evidence and facts here. There was this old man who actually heard the boy shout and stab his father. If I remember tight, after that it went something like this: “A second later he heard a body falling, and he ran to the door of his apartment, looked out and saw the kid running downstairs and out of the house” (Rose 18). Now, that already proves it for me, but if you need more I got more.

The boy had this completely flimsy alibi too. Oh boy, it’s a real doozy. He claims he was at a movie, that he din’t remember, and “He didn’t have any ticket stub” (Rose 18) to prove that he was even at a theater! It was almost pathetic how badly made his ‘saving grace’ of a story was. Lastly, the most damning piece of evidence I gotta tell you.

There was a woman who saw the crime with her own eyes! I mean, the kid is completely and utterly screwed! “Anyway, she wakes up and she looks out the window, and right across the street she sees the kid stick the knife into his father” (Rose 19). The ultimate guaranteed proof is enough to blow 8 outta the water and give that boy the punishment he deserves.

Cause if there’s anyone who deserved punishment… It’s the scum-licking, slum-livin’, job-stealing people who live in the same area as that boy!

I hope you, reader, get where I’m comin’ from. I trust the fact that you will see the evidence presented aginst the boy and agree with me. If not just me, agree with 11 sane people out of 12. Don’t let some outlier get the best of you, especially not some liberal shooting nothings out of his blabberin’ mouth! I reiterate, the boy’s guilty.
